The accomodation

Casa Isabella is in a quiet location and is a beautiful and stylishly furnished 3-room flat in Muralto/Orselina.

Casa Isabella has a covered terrace with great views of the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a communal laundry room is available with washing machine and dryer.

Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons

Room layout: Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to the terrace. There is a second bedroom, a self-contained kitchen, and a bathroom with WC.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Casa Isabella.

Smoking is not allowed in Casa Isabella. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Casa Isabella has one private parking spot in the garage. Access to the garage is down a steep and narrow ramp/driveway and is not recommended for big cars.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to various reasons, including the risk of electrical short circuits, the charging of hybrid or electric cars at the electrical sockets in the garage is NOT allowed.

Casa Isabella is fully equipped with, amongst others: TV, Cablecom Digital TV or Bluewin TV (incl. all German-language channels), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.

Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit prächtiger Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Ein Wermutstropfen war die steile und enge Einfahrt auf das Grundstück, die dem Auto zugesetzt hat, bis wir die ideale Kurve zum Ein- und Ausfahren fanden. Was wir uns in der Wohnung gewünscht hätten: etwas mehr Ablageflächen (z.B. Nachttischchen), mehr Stauraum in den Kommoden (mehrere Schubladen waren schon belegt) sowie einen Ganzkörperspiegel. Die positiven Bewertungen überwiegen aber diese Nachteile bei weitem!

Die Wohnung ist tadellos.

An 2 Tagen hatten wir zu gewissen Zeiten leider etwas Baulärm von der Sanierung der oberen Wohnung. Aber sonst war alles gut und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung. In ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist man beim Piazza Grande. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung über Locarno und den See ist atemberaubend.

Die Abfahrt zur Garage ist mit einem tiefliegenden Auto nicht möglich ohne den Boden zu kratzen :-(

In der Küche tropfender Wasserhahn.

Es wäre gut in der Küche einen leeren Platz für Vorräte vorzusehen.
