The accomodation

Casa Baciocca is a typical, simple, Ticino rustico (60 m2) in a very quiet and sunny location in beautiful Orselina. Fantastic view of Locarno and Lake Maggiore. Very centrally located. Garden with pergola, barbecue and Ticino granite table. Balcony with wonderful view. Electric heating available.

Room layout: Casa Baciocca has 2 floors - On the upper floor there is a living room and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 (with doors to the balcony), and a small kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower and sink, and there is also a small separate toilet.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds placed together, with its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Please note: The two floors are connected by an external staircase.

Please note: There is no WiFi in Casa Baciocca so you will need to use your phone's hot spot.

Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons.

One dog is allowed in Casa Baciocca.

Smoking is not allowed in Casa Baciocca. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Casa Baciocca has one dedicated parking spot.

Die Wohnung war toll und für uns absolut geeignet Sauberkeit ok: wir waren froh,war es nicht blitze blank. So hatten wir weniger ein schlechtes Gewissen wegen der Hundehaare.

Komm6nikation perfekt: Wir haben IMMER sehr schnell Antworten bekommen. Wie würden es wieder buchen. Danke für Alles!!

Aussicht und Ort sehr schön.

Die Lage des Rustico ist einfach Traumhaft. Wir haben den grossen Balkon voll ausgenützt. Schade hatte es im Untergeschoss auf dem Sitzplatz keine Sonnenschirme.

Im grossen und ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder. Die Ortschaft Orselina ist wirklich sehr schön und die Restaurants sind auch gut.

Ein Ort zum verweilen, die Aussicht gigantisch. Die Küche ist ausreichend. Die WC und Dusche sind sauber. Die Betten bequem. Was will man mehr. Einziges Manko wäre der Lichtsensor für die Treppe in die untere Wohnung, der könnte besser eingestellt werden. Er schaltet sich erst ein wenn man schon fast unten ist.

Sehr ruhiges gemütliches, heimeliges, Wohlfühl-Häuschen. Wir haben uns sofort verliebt in dieses Häuschen.

Im oberen Stock schöne gemütliche Stube und kleine Küche mit allem da zum Selberkochen.

WC und Dusche/Brünneli auf gleicher Etage, was sehr praktisch war.

Der grosse Holzbalkon war wunderbar für Frühstück an der Sonne, und das im November.

Am Abend im Pijama die kleine Steintreppe runter zum Schlafgemach hatte etwas besonders Romantisches und Abenteuerliches.

Wunderbar geschlafen. Aussicht vom Bett aus auf die Palmen und die Berge. Auch hier Dusche und WC vorhanden.

Toller Garten mit Steinplatten, wo wir in den zu Verfügung stehenden Liegestühlen wunderbar an der Sonne liegen konnten.

Die Nähe zur Busstation, Station zur Luftseilbahn nach Cardada, zum kleinen Einkaufsladen war toll.

Wir können das Häuschen sehr empfehlen, einfach wundervoll. Wir kommen wieder !!
