Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information on our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance (included in the annual fee with most credit card providers if you pay for all or part of the trip with the card). If you do not have cancellation insurance, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We assume that our guests have private liability insurance that covers damage to the rented property. If you do not have such insurance, please contact us before arrival.

Please report any damage immediately by e-mail to info@ferienwohnungen-locarno.ch.

We will do our best to repair the damage as soon as possible.

During your stay, our operations management on site, as well as our back office will be at your disposal. You can reach the operations manager from 07.00-20.00 under the following number: +41793741032. The back office can be reached from 09.00-18.00 by email or telephone.

You can move into your apartment from 16.00 on the day of arrival. If your object is ready for occupation earlier, you will receive an SMS. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the object by 10.00.

Some objects are "hidden". In Ticino, street names are not always written and GPS coordinates sometimes guide you to the object from the wrong side, so that you cannot park and unload. Therefore, please be sure to take with you the directions you received with your payment confirmation.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will let you know where to find the key on the day of arrival. This will allow you to arrive regardless of our opening hours. On the day of departure please deposit the key again at the same place.

All beds in the object are freshly made on your arrival. Please bring your own towels, bath towels and dish towels.

On request we can provide baby cribs and baby chairs.

You should find the following items in sufficient quantity in your property:

Paper roller towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, cleaning products.

If you run out of anything - just give us a call and we will provide you with supplies.

If you want to have newspapers or magazines forwarded, you will find the address in the directions. Please do not forget to stop the forwarding order in time.

All our properties are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines (without milk frother). You can find a wide range of capsules in the local supermarkets.
