Do you own a vacation home or an apartment in the Locarno area?

We can rent your property during your absence and regularly check on your property even if it is not rented.

Criteria that your property should meet:

• Apartment or detached house
• Terrace or garden
• Lake view or swimming pool     
• Location: Orselina, Ascona, Brione s/Minusio, Locarno, Porto Ronco, Ronco sopra Ascona, Minusio, Brissago, Muralto
• One or more parking places
• Direct access, no or few stairs

 

You will receive the following services from us:

• Regular cleaning, special cleaning on request, winter cleaning
• Bed linens can be provided at your request
• Marketing of your property through our site and a number of other portals and sales channels
• Tourist tax reporting
• Garden and pool maintenance
• Care and service for our guests

We are available in case of absence when craftsmen need to enter the object to carry out repairs, renovations or maintenance work.
