Residenza Villa Ida is surrounded by palm trees! This quiet and comfortable 2 room apartment is well oriented with a south-facing position, and a lovely view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains in the distance. This wonderful apartment is located in Locarno-Monti and is easily accessible by car, bus or funicular (about 10-15 min. to the Locarno train station, and about 3 min. to the bus station). A grocery shop is in the vicinity.
Residenza Villa Ida is comfortably furnished and has a living room with dining table and a modern open kitchen which offers plenty of space. From the living room you have access to a large terrace, which is protected by electrically operated sun blinds, and which has a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore, the Magadino plain and the mountains.
Please note: There is no WiFi in Residenza Villa Ida so you will need to use your phone's hot spot.
Ideal occupancy: 2 persons.
Room layout: Large living room with dining area, open kitchen and direct access to the terrace, bedroom situated on the west side with a double bed, newly renovated bathroom with shower and WC, sun terrace with loungers.
One small dog is allowed in Residenza Villa Ida.
Smoking is not allowed in Residenza Villa Ida. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Residenza Villa Ida has one parking space.
Residenza Villa Ida is fully equipped with, amongst others: TV, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (compatible capsules can be found in any major shopping store), etc.
