Casa Solduno is a beautiful, stylish and modern 128 square meter apartment on the third floor in Ascona/Solduno.
A large and bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a comfortable sofa, offers a homey feeling. The kitchen is modern, open and offers plenty of space.
There are 3 bedrooms in Casa Solduno. Two with double beds and one room with a bunk bed for 2 children.
The main bathroom is modern and en-suite with a bath/shower combination. The second bathroom is also large and has a shower.
Furthermore, Casa Solduno impresses with a large and sunny terrace with seating.
There is one parking space available in the underground garage and one above ground parking space on the street level. An elevator leads from the garage directly to the apartment.
Connections to public transport are close to Casa Solduno making this apartment also suitable for vacation guests who arrive by public transport.
Ideal occupancy: Suitable for 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Casa Solduno.
Room layout: large living room with dining area and open kitchen, three bedrooms, main bathroom with shower and tub. Second bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.
Smoking is not allowed in Casa Solduno or on the terrace.
Casa Solduno is fully equipped with, amongst others: TV, WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine (compatible capsules can be found in any major grocery store), kettle, toaster, iron, dishwasher, etc.
The washer and dryer are available for common use for the entire building.
Please note: There is no CD player, but there is Apple TV and a Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to and enjoy your own content and music in the apartment.
