Casa Dodi is a lovely, cozy and practical 3.5 room apartment at the foot of Monte Verità with a great view of Lake Maggiore!
Ideal for 4 people in the heart of Ascona, Casa Dodi has a living area of approximately 100 m2 plus a terrace. Casa Dodi is centrally located with an approximately 5 minute walk to the center of Ascona and to the lake promenade. You can reach Locarno by car in about 5 minutes!
Room layout: Living room with dining area, terrace, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, sink, bidet and WC and the other bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. Spacious terrace with direct access from the living room, kitchen and one bedroom.
There is also available, for your enjoyment, a lovely pergola with stone table! Ideal for beautiful spring, summer and autumn evenings!
Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons.
One small dog is allowed in Casa Dodi.
Smoking is not allowed in Casa Dodi. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Casa Dodi has one dedicated covered parking space. There are several visitor parking spaces in the area. There is an elevator to the apartment.
Casa Dodi is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, WLAN, Bluewin Digital TV, satellite receiver or Bluewin TV (incl all German speaking channels), Nespresso coffee machine (compatible capsules can be found in any major grocery store), kettle, toaster, etc.
Please note: There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building that is for common use for all the residents.
Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!
