The accomodation

Casa Golf Ranch is a stylish 3.5-room holiday flat (approx. 80 m2) in Ascona. The apartment is modern with elegant furnishings. Quiet and sunny garden seating area with sunbathing lawn.

Casa Golf Ranch is centrally located close to a golf course, the port of Ascona, Lido di Ascona and the lake promenade which is ideal for long walks. You can walk to the center of Ascona via the lake promenade.

A children's playground is available in the residence and there is also a 5-star wellness center with a large, heated indoor pool with whirlpool, sauna and fitness room.

Please note: The wellness center is NOT open all year. The swimming pool is NORMALLY heated and is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.

PLEASE NOTE: AS OF MAY 2021, DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, A RESERVATION MUST BE MADE AT THE HAPIMAG AG RECEPTION FOR ACCESS TO THE POOL AND WELLNESS AREA. ACCESS IS LIMITED TO 1 PERSON PER 15m2 (I.E. A MAXIMUM OF 20 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME IN THE POOL AND WELLNESS AREA).

Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons.

Room layout: living room with exit to the garden, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, corridor.

A small or medium-sized dog is allowed in Casa Golf Ranch.

Please note: It is absolutely forbidden to walk the dog in the Hapimag area. However, you can walk your dog in the surrounding area outside the residence.

Smoking is not permitted in Casa Golf Ranch. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Casa Golf Ranch has one parking spot in the underground garage. There are also storage spaces for bicycles near the apartment.

Casa Golf Ranch is fully equipped with, amongst others: A flat screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV, Satellite Receiver or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

There is a washing machine and dryer in a communal laundry room (which can be used with a wash card).

Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!

The apartment is located in Ascona in the "Hapimag Resort Ascona". Zone Hotel Giardino, Golf Course Ascona and Hotel Castello del Sole. It is independent from Hapimag because it is private, but you can use all the infrastructure.

Some properties are "hidden". In Ticino, street names are not always written and GPS coordinates sometimes guide you to the object from the wrong side, so that you cannot park and unload. Therefore, please be sure to take the directions with you that you received with the payment confirmation.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und freuen uns auf weitere Ferien in Ascona.

Wir haben die Parterre Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, gut eingerichtet inkl. Kücheninventar und sauber. Den Garagenplatz und das dazu gehörende Schwimmbad von Hapimag durfte man benutzen. Sogar unsere Hündin war willkommen und hat sich wohl gefühlt. Sie bekam an der Réception sogar Leckerli!

Wünschenswert wäre noch, dass die Frottierwäsche vorhanden wäre und im Preis inbegriffen wie die Bettwäsche! Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Hat alles super geklappt mit der Anfahrt und der Abreise, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir würden es jedem weiter empfehlen und wieder kommen! Lido-Badi, Ascona Hafen etc. alles in der Nähe. Coop und Migros sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Kritikpunkt: Die Bettwäsche hat stark gerochen und wir mussten diese zuerst waschen, ansonsten war alles sehr sauber!

Alles top! Einzig der Teppichboden im Eingangsbereich sowie in den Zimmern ist etwas unhygienisch.
