Casa Delphin is a stylish 3-room flat (attic, approx. 75 m2) in a small residence with direct access to the lake! Beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, Ascona and the Brissago Islands.
Casa Delphin has luxurious furnishings and a private balcony. With air conditioning in the whole flat, the temperature can be regulated separately in each room via remote controls. Floor and wall heating also available. Private area directly on the water with dining table and deck chairs. Garden barbecue and Ticino stone tables for picnics directly at the lake. Stairs leading into the lake.
Enjoy and use the proximity to Italy. In less than 10 minutes you are on the Italian side where you will find charming villages, small restaurants with excellent food at Euro prices, as well as much cheaper shopping.
Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons
Room layout: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Beautiful balcony with absolute privacy. Living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms with shower/WC (one with washing machine and dryer).
One medium sized dog is allowed in Casa Delphin.
Smoking is not allowed in Casa Delphin. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Two private parking spaces available.
Casa Delphin is fully equipped with amongst others: Air conditioning in all rooms, Swisscom Digital TV (incl. all German language channels), TV in living room and bedroom, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Toaster

In Tessin, the street names are not always indicated, and the GPS might lead you to the wrong side of the property where you won’t be able to park and unload the car. For this reason we strongly suggest you follow the directions that you will receive together with your invoice.
