Residenza Porto Fino is a modern 3.5-room apartment on the lake in Brissago. Special features of Residenza Porto Fino include a very quiet and central location, covered terrace, sunbathing areas and lawns. You have access from the residence to the lake and the lake promenade. Harbour and sailing school with boat hire and jetty are close to the apartment.
Enjoy and take advantage of the proximity to Italy. In less than 10 minutes you are on the Italian side where you will find charming villages, restaurants with excellent food at Euro prices, as well as less expensive shopping opportunities.
Residenza Porto Fino has a heated, indoor swimming pool (10x4m) with sauna.
Please note: The sauna is NOT in operation all year. The swimming pool is NORMALLY heated and in operation all year, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.
Room layout: All on one floor, approximately 90 m2, living room with open kitchen, terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, corridor.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal laundry room for the entire residence.
Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Residenza Porto Fino
Smoking is not allowed in Residenza Porto Fino. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
There is one private parking space in the underground garage of the residence (max. height: 2,10m). In addition, there is one parking ticket for one of the approximately 10 visitor parking spaces in the residence.
Residenza Porto Fino is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Swisscom TV with programme preview, radio (incl. all German language channels), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!
