This modern and chic 2.5-room flat (64 m2) is ideally located in a quiet and practical location in Locarno. You can walk everywhere! Bus stop and shopping facilities are about 200-300m away. Enjoy the sun all day long on the spacious terrace (approx. 15 m2), with a view of the rose garden.
The surroundings offer many possibilities for outdoor activities. Perfect for hiking and sports enthusiasts! Explore the many jogging and walking trails nearby, and don't forget your dog!
Ideal occupancy: 2 adults.
Room layout: Cosy and beautiful living room with exit to the balcony, one double bedroom, kitchen, entrance and bathroom.
One dog is allowed in Casa Balestra.
Smoking is not allowed in Casa Balestra. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Casa Balestra has one parking spot available in the underground garage, where you can also store 2-3 bicycles, in addition to your car.
Please Note: Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the communal laundry room in the building (operated with a washing card).
Casa Balestra is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine / dryer.
Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!
