Casa Robinia is a centrally located, modern and spacious 3.5 room flat on the 3rd floor, with a terrace, in the Lido zone of Locarno. Ideal for families, seniors and guests without a vehicle.
Room layout: A living room with exit to the terrace, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a kitchen with terrace access, a bathroom/WC, shower/WC, and an entrance area with wall cupboards. The terrace is accessible from all the rooms.
Casa Robinia is ideal for 4 persons.
One small dog is allowed in Casa Robinia.
Smoking is not permitted in Casa Robinia. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Casa Robinia has one dedicated parking spot in the parking garage. There is also a bicycle room and a lift leading from the garage to the apartment. For those arriving with two cars, there is also public parking nearby.
Please note: Casa Robinia has a laundry/drying room, with washing machine and dryer, for common use for everyone in the building. We provide you with a washcard that is located in the apartment.
Casa Robinia is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV, Satellite Receiver or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), DVD, CD and stereo system, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!

Some of the properties are “hidden”. In Tessin, the street names are not always indicated, and the GPS might lead you to the wrong side of the property where you won’t be able to park and unload the car. For this reason we strongly suggest you follow the directions that you will receive together with your invoice.
