Villa Orselina is a beautiful and original 5.5-room duplex flat (160 m2) with a private entrance. Two terraces of 30m2 each offer great views of the lake. The orientation of the terraces ensures a lot of privacy. Villa Orselina is in a quiet, central and sunny location.
There is a swimming pool available (12x5m), which also includes a shower and WC.
Please note: The swimming pool is heated but is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.
Ideal occupancy: 2-6 persons
Please note: For occupancy of 5 persons or more, there is a surcharge of CHF 18.00 / per night.
Room layout: Upstairs: Large living room with direct access to the terrace, bedroom with 2 separate beds pushed together, also with direct access to the terrace, shower and WC, sun terrace with loungers. Downstairs: Large kitchen-living room with direct access to the terrace, one bedroom with a double bed and also direct access to the terrace, shower, washbasin and separate WC, sun terrace with granite table under illuminated pergola, barbecue (gas), additional seating area.
One medium sized dog is allowed In Villa Orselina.
Smoking is not permitted in Villa Orselina. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Villa Orselina has two dedicated, covered parking spaces next to each other (width 5,60m and height 2,10m).
Villa Orselina is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV, Satellite Receiver or Bluewin TV (All Swiss and German channels), DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine (compatible capsules can be found in every major shop), kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc.
Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!
