Residenza Acapulco is a stylish 3.5-room flat located in the Residence Acapulco Apartment Block in Porto Ronco.
Directly on Lake Maggiore, sunny, quiet and centrally located. The terrace (25m2), is about 3 metres above the water level of Lake Maggiore. The living space is about 81m2 and is upscale and modern.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Residenza Acapulco has two bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, electric blinds and sun blinds. Large sunbathing area directly on the lake with bathing platform.
Note: Residenza Acapulco is located in the same residence as Object 4044.
Floor: -5, the lowest floor
Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Residenza Acapulco.
Room layout: Comfortable living room with dining area and exit to the terrace, 2 bedrooms, one shower/WC and kitchen.
Smoking is not allowed in Residenza Acapulco. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Residenza Acapulco has one covered private parking spot. Everyone has access to a lockable bicycle room.
Residenza Acapulco is fully equipped with, amongst others: A flat screen TV in the living room, Cablecom Digital TV, Satellite Receiver or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), CD player, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer.

Note: This rental apartment is located in the same residence as Object 4044.
