Residenza Robinia

Positive: Overall a great apartment! It was a lot more spacious than it looked like and very comfortable for four people. There was seating both indoors and on the balcony for four. It had an incredible amount of amenities which was really impressive. Beds were comfortable and you could get the room dark which was good. Negative: The only thing really missing was a kitchen towel but we used paper towels. The location was quite far away, unfortunately timed it with the bus being cancelled the entire weekend so we had to walk back and forth, which was a bit exhausting for my older mother. Additionally, the elevator was out of order and we didn't get this information beforehand either. Lots of construction noise and Saturday works... I was also a bit disappointed with finding hair in the shower. Other than that it felt very clean though.

Sehr angenehmer, empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung. Positive: Lage war gut, alle 30 Min fuhr ein Bus ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer schönen, ruhigen Grünanlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Negative: Sehr schlecht war, dass weder die Tel.Nr. funktionierte, die booking.com als direkten Kontakt zum Gastgeber angegeben hatte (091 751 25 52) noch die Tel.Nr., die der Gastgeber auf seinen Unterlagen ausgedruckt hatte (091 752 25 52). Wir mussten per Mail an den Gastgeber gelangen, und dieser gab uns keine Erklärung, warum keine der Tel.Nrn funktionierte. Uns wurde schliesslich die Nr. des Hauswartes gegeben. Was fehlte: Es lag gar keine Küchenwäsche (Geschirrtuch, Abwaschlappen) bereit. Schliesslich fanden wir im Putzschrank ein einziges Tuch.
